What we collect

Intake data you submit to the GC Brain (company name, DOT number, fleet counts, compliance flags, revenue band, insurance limit). Run history — your Legal Exposure Score over time, keyed to your DOT number, so trends and deltas work. Email address if you subscribe to the weekly brief or ask for a document copy. Public FMCSA data retrieved by DOT number when you use auto-fill.

What we deliberately do NOT keep

Contract text pasted into the analyzer is processed to produce the analysis and is not stored. Generated documents (leases, hold notices, etc.) are rendered to you and, if you request, emailed — we don't keep copies.

How data is used

To produce your analysis, show score history, send the weekly brief you asked for, and improve the rules engine in aggregate. Where AI synthesis is used, inputs are sent to the AI provider (Anthropic, or Cloudflare Workers AI) solely to generate your output. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to advertise to you.

Infrastructure

The service runs on Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, D1) in the United States. Emails are sent via Resend. Reasonable technical safeguards protect stored data; no system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from the weekly brief anytime (reply STOP or email us). Ask us to delete your run history or subscription data: [email protected] — we honor deletion requests within 30 days.

We'll post updates here with a new effective date.
