X3 Legal & X3 GC Brain · a service of X3 Fleet Safety LLC · Effective July 2, 2026

1. What this service is — and is not

X3 Legal and the X3 GC Brain are compliance-analysis software and document-template tools. X3 Fleet Safety LLC is not a law firm, is not engaged in the practice of law, and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this service — ever. Outputs (exposure analyses, scores, contract scans, document templates, memos, and briefs) are informational starting points that must be reviewed by a licensed attorney before you rely on, sign, send, or act on them.

2. Analysis is directional, not predictive

Legal Exposure Scores, severity ratings, exposure bands, and contract grades are produced by transparent software rules and, where labeled, AI synthesis. They are directional analysis based on regulations, published penalty structures, and industry litigation patterns. They are not predictions of legal outcomes, damages, penalties, or insurance decisions, and must not be treated as such.

3. Your data

Intake data you submit (including DOT numbers and contract text you paste) is processed to produce your analysis, and — where features require it — stored to provide score history and the weekly brief. Contract text submitted to the analyzer is processed transiently and is not retained after analysis. See the Privacy Policy. Do not submit privileged material; software analysis is not privileged communication.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful compliance purposes for operations you own or are authorized to act for. You may not use outputs to misrepresent your compliance posture to any agency, insurer, court, or counterparty, or resell outputs as legal advice.

5. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Regulations change; data sources (FMCSA, Federal Register) may lag or err. To the maximum extent permitted by law, X3 Fleet Safety LLC's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, and X3 Fleet Safety LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from decisions made in reliance on outputs.
